Today I am going to be talking about our product, in particular our suit and how we have cut our production times to an unheard of 12 working days (15 working days in peak season, Mid March to May), something no other Made to Measure tailor in London, the UK or even Europe offers as standard, especially with a full canvas construction.

We have achieved this extraordinary turn around through several strategic decisions in our supply chain. Firstly we have all our house fabrics sitting at the end of our Romanian production line ready to be cut, cutting any lag time that most tailors usually have as fabrics are individually ordered for every suit, cut at the fabric suppliers warehouse and then sent to their production line, usually on the other side of Europe or in fact the world. Secondly, we have spent the better part of the last 4-5 years scouring and visiting every tailoring factory in Europe to find the best quality of finish, pattern and production time. We have prioritised these factors over our margins in every intense to put the customer at forefront of our thinking and decision making. 

So what does this look like for you as a customer in terms of total time from order to delivery, 3-6 weeks total. 12-15 working days for production, 1-4 days waiting for the garment to leave the warehouse in the next shipment, 3-9 days for alterations in London. This means you can receive your finished suit including alterations within a 3 – 6 week window. If you prefer to guarantee its delivery in 18 working days (with additional fittings and alterations) +£350.
